- Rafael Katz - Former Dean of College Counseling at Shanghai Qibao Dwight High School, China. He has extensive experience as a long-serving and highly valued application reader for UCLA and is a member of the Executive Committee of China ICAC (China Institute of College Admission Counselor). Rafael earned an M.A. in Educational Counseling from Portland State University, an M.A. in Asian Studies from Yale University, and a B.A. from Brown University.
